Our minimum order is 1 x 20 FCL (Full Container Load), which is approximately 17–18 MT of raw cotton bales. For larger orders, 40 FCL or multiple containers can be arranged.

We currently export three main grades: Shankar-6 (most popular), MCU-5, and LRA-5166. All grades are sourced from trusted farms in Gujarat, India. Please contact us specifying your preferred grade and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Yes. We can arrange sample bales for quality verification before confirming a bulk order. Please contact us with your requirements and we will discuss sample dispatch details and costs.

We primarily offer FOB (Mundra Port / Kandla Port), Gujarat. We can also arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and CFR to your destination port on request.

We primarily ship from Mundra Port and Kandla Port in Gujarat, India — both major container ports with frequent sailings to Vietnam, China, Bangladesh, and other Asian destinations.

After order confirmation and payment, typical lead time is 10–21 days depending on stock availability, quality testing, and vessel scheduling. We will provide you with an exact timeline at the time of order confirmation.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire) and LC at Sight (Letter of Credit). For new buyers, we typically require advance payment or LC. Regular buyers may negotiate other terms after establishing a track record.

Credit terms are not available for first-time buyers. We encourage establishing a business relationship through initial orders before discussing any deferred payment arrangement.

Every batch undergoes laboratory testing for fiber length, micronaire, strength, moisture content, and trash content. We provide test certificates with each shipment. Our quality process is compliant with USDA and ASTM standards.

Yes. We are fully registered with IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued by DGFT, and registered with APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority), making us a compliant and authorized Indian exporter.

We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate, Quality/Lab Test Certificate, and Insurance Certificate. Any additional documentation required by your country's customs can also be arranged.
